A delightful family stay at Manor West. The kids' playroom was a highlight, keeping my little ones entertained while we relaxed. The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating our needs with baby food heating and access to the kids' den before opening hours. Our suite provided ample space for the baby to crawl around, making it a comfortable spot for the whole family. Breakfast service was attentive, and the food was generally excellent except for the vegetarian options, which could use improvement. the pool area had inadequate changing facilities and no clear instructions for families, leading to some inconvenience. a wonderful stay with fantastic staff but a few areas needing attention.

The staff went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was perfect. The room was not only immaculate but also supremely comfortable making our stay incredibly relaxing.
It was disappointing to experience slow service in the dining areas during peak hours which negatively impacted our overall enjoyment.

Family with kids paradise
From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond for us. The kids room and pool were just fab,, my kids couldn’t wait to dive in and we felt relaxed watching them from the hot tub.

An amazing family getaway with friendly staff that truly cater to your needs! Kids loved the den and the spacious pool was perfect for family fun. Our suite was pristine and comfortable, making for a cozy stay. Delicious meals with fantastic variety offered at the restaurant left us wanting more! Highly recommended!
